Fishing Creek

This project is the first of its kind for the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy. The organization received the donation of this piece of property along Fishing Creek outside of Mill Hall and decided to develop it into a project that would have a direct and positive impact on the community.

The one-acre parcel will be developed into a fishing access area to be open to the general public. The proposed site will consist of a parking area with a path leading to the creek. The path will follow the creek and have several areas from which people can fish. When completed, the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy will donate the site to a public agency or governmental unit for ownership and management.

The Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy has been working with local service groups, businesses and the community to develop the resources necessary to implement the project.
