Lochabar

Afternoon at Lochabar a Magical Event
Nearly 100 supporters of NPC gathered at Ted and Judee Lyon’s Lochabar property on Sunday, May 23, 2010. The afternoon was spent socializing with old and new friends, touring the property’s geologic features, enjoying the wildflowers and plant life, and tasting treats provided by local volunteers and businesses.

Election of Board Annual Membership Dinner Set
The Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy’s Annual Membership Dinner is set for June 9 at the Holiday Inn in downtown Williamsport. NPC staff will provide an update on the projects underway, and the organization will hold the election of directors.
Stream Habitat Projects Set Round Top Conservation Easement
In December 2009 Lou and Wanda Irion donated a 62-acre conservation easement. This is the third Irion property to have a conservation easement and the sixth conservation easement placed on a property in Charleston Township, Tioga County.
Wetlands to be Added Celebrity Waiter Night Exceeds Expectations
Local celebrities (like Rick Mason shown here) volunteered their time, talents, and tips on March 19 at the annual Celebrity Waiter Night at the Peter Herdic House restaurant in Williamsport to benefit NPC.
