The owners of this 88 acre property wanted to provide future generations with the opportunity to own and enjoy the forest and fields they have managed and cared for since the early 1970s. Their donation of a conservation easement will allow future owners to manage the property as a working forest.

Protection of the property will also protect the tributary of Muncy Creek which flows through the property. The Joshi property adjoins other land under easement with NPC, providing a contiguous block of protected land.
