The Fishing Creek Sportsmen's Association wanted to assure that access to Fishing Creek in Columbia County would be available to the public. They worked with NPC to place a conservation easement on this property just north of Benton. Over 2,600 feet of frontage on Fishing Creek border the protected property which also has a beautiful vista along Pennsylvania Route 239 providing motorists with views of the Fishing Creek valley.
