The landowner donated this one acre property to the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy for transfer to DCNR's Bureau of Forestry as an access area on Pine Creek.

The property was the site of the Pine Creek Presbyterian Church which was founded in 1792 and is adjacent to the site of the Tiadaghton Elm where the Fair Play Men declared independence on July 4, 1776.
