With 2,300 feet of Pine Creek frontage an over 3,000 feet of the Pine Creek Trail the Yoder property is a valuable recreational resource. the Bureau of Forestry plans on creating an access area in the property to provide fisherman and canoeists parking and convenient access to the creek. The acquisition also will enable a wooded riparian buffer to develop along the streambank, improving habitat for both fish and wildlife.
